The unique position in the Stelvio National Park and the nearby vegetable and fruit garden Vinschgau allows us to make use of biologically clean and tested products.
For the preparation of our food we use almost exclusively local and fresh products from the surrounding area.
In our hotel, we spoil you daily with a 5-course meal with menu choice and a salad and dessert buffet.
Over the week we also put the menu key aspects on different themes such as a Tyrolean evening or Italian appetizer buffet. Sunday is also usually held a gala dinner.
